We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Concrete Sawing Technician / Supervisor to join our Detroit team. As a Diamond Concrete Sawing Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the field and trusted with real responsibility: Operate concrete sawing and drilling equipment on a wide range of job sites Travel to jobs in company-provided trucks Work with commercial, industrial, and small business clients Lead by example on safety, quality, and professionalism Train and mentor crew members as you grow into a leadership role Represent Diamond with pride—our name means something out there
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and jobsite awareness
- Willingness to work hard, learn, and take ownership
- Must pass a pre-employment health screening
Responsibilities
- Operate concrete sawing and drilling equipment on a wide range of job sites
- Travel to jobs in company-provided trucks
