Sells new and used agricultural, commercial worksite and turf equipment to new and existing customers. Manages sales functions including the implementation of a defined sales process and coaching and development of sales, service, and parts professionals. Provides leadership guidance by creating a positive, team-oriented work environment that optimizes profitable business growth, personal employee growth, and thoroughly satisfied customers.
