About The Position

Dave's World is a one-stop Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning company that has been serving homeowners in the Northeastern, Midatlantic, and Midwestern regions for almost 35 years. Due to explosive growth, the company is seeking a Location Manager to grow with them. The role offers stability, great benefits, advancement opportunities, and a best-in-class compensation plan. The Location Manager will handle the management, supervision, and day-to-day activities of the Location, including the successful, timely, and professional resolution of customer concerns. This resourceful Manager will coordinate and schedule a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • 4 years of Management experience
  • 4 years of Dispatching experience
  • 4 years of Warehouse/Inventory experience
  • 3+ years of Successful Customer Service Experience
  • Desire to achieve goals, both personal and professional
  • Hard work ethic and willingness to work flexible schedule dependent on workflow
  • Experience in a role where the phrase “customer first†was practiced daily
  • Ability to Commute: Scarborough, ME

Responsibilities

  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Overseeing customer service and service dispatch teams
  • Handling the administrative office functions
  • Ensuring the company support team is properly staffed and is operating smoothly
  • Maintaining office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Manage installation and service dispatch team, service agreement team, and sales lead coordinating team to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment
  • Plan and prepare and supervise work schedules
  • Coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business
  • Ensure dispatch procedures are maintained and all work orders are processed properly and timely
  • Respond to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative duties are completed properly
  • Manage incoming calls and messages
  • Work with outside sales team to create sales orders
  • Manage the process of scheduling sales consultations and installations
  • Help customers with Financing Applications
  • Provide job details to installers and electricians
  • Maintain the appearance of location
  • Report data/metrics to managers
  • Motive department to hit or surpass their goals
  • Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary
  • Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs
  • Represents Dave’s World in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others
