About The Position

We are seeking a Location Lead - Oneforma Talent to join our OneForma team within Centific and scale our workforce capabilities for the Gen AI/LLM era. This individual will be responsible for driving crowd hiring programs, vendor partnerships, and market-driven workforce solutions with a focus on the US markets. The role demands a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to meet aggressive hiring timelines for global crowd & domain intensive projects. This is a high-visibility role with direct reporting to senior leadership and an opportunity to make a measurable impact on Centific's OneForma platform.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in global talent acquisition, crowd workforce management, or vendor programs.
  • Proven background in AI-Data, Gen AI, or LLM-based companies with exposure to large-scale gig/crowd hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in rate research, pricing models, and RFP support.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence to engage executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience leading teams but equally comfortable as a hands-on operator.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-driven environments.

  • Exposure to US, EU, and APAC hiring landscapes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for large-scale AI, Data, and LLM projects with global coverage.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and coordinators while also being able to operate independently in high-pressure timelines.
  • Scale sourcing channels (universities, professional networks, communities, partners, freelancers).
  • Stay ahead of talent trends, rate benchmarks, and geographic compensation models for Gen AI and crowd projects.
  • Research, build, and validate rate cards across countries for various talent types.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, bid responses, and RFPs in collaboration with leadership.
  • Act as a confident point of contact for internal leaders, external vendors, and customers.
  • Present hiring strategies, timelines, and solutions persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Community, and Vendor teams to align talent delivery.
  • Manage aggressive ramp-up plans (e.g., 48-hour sourcing, 6-week build-outs) for crowd initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution across multiple time zones, with primary coverage aligned to US PST.
  • Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
