About The Position

The Enrichery is seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented Director to lead our newest location. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in client satisfaction, business development, and location management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience leading or managing a service-based, client-facing business; background in education, tutoring, enrichment, or academic services is a plus
  • Proven success in sales, client acquisition, or consultative selling (education, services, or high-touch environments strongly preferred)
  • Leadership experience managing teams and performance outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and being accountable for results
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with families in a premium service setting

Responsibilities

  • Own the client journey from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring an exceptional, high-touch experience for families
  • Conduct enrollment consultations, recommend individualized academic solutions, and drive sales growth across programs
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and referrals
  • Be fully accountable for location revenue, enrollment growth, and performance metrics
  • Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to grow coaching, test preparation, and college admissions programs
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to fill College Admissions Workshops and support admissions advising initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and hold Academic Coaches accountable for student outcomes and professional standards
  • Manage and develop the Office Manager and/or Front Desk Coordinator
  • Oversee student progress and ensure Academic Coaches deliver consistently high-quality educational experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve programs, processes, and outcomes
  • Build partnerships with schools, counselors, and community organizations
  • Represent The Enrichery at school events, community programs, and outreach initiatives
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the location
  • Use CRM and tracking tools (Zoho CRM, monday.com, Google Sheets) to manage leads, enrollment, and student progress
