About The Position

The Location Coordinator provides administrative, financial and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functions of assigned location(s). This role plays a critical part in coordinating activities across multiple business areas, including operations, customer service, maintenance, logistics, and finance. Responsibilities may include entering orders and contracts into internal systems, supporting customer interactions, coordinating logistics and documentation, and assisting with onboarding activities for new hires. The location Coordinator serves as a key point of coordination, helping to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and support cross-functional collaboration across one or more facilities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong willingness to learn new things and progress.
  • 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • General office experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong PC skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable for assigned products or locations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure appropriate corrections are made.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues, addressing discrepancies, and building strong working relationships.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communication.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems to support audit readiness and operational efficiency.
  • Support merchandisers, regional managers, and accounting teams with account reconciliations.
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
  • Partner with merchandisers and managers to ensure all service work and documentation are current and accurate.
  • Accurately enter and track inbound and outbound units within company systems.
  • Assist in verifying daily operational reports, ensuring tickets are properly recorded and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Proactively identify and report safety hazards, environmental concerns, or system/process deficiencies.
