About The Position
Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking a candidate to review in-game text, voice scripts, manual text, package copy, game summaries, and other materials as needed. The role involves making recommendations regarding grammar, spelling, style, voice, content, and consistency. The candidate will research franchise history and fact-check content, assist in maintaining department style guides, character sheets, and other editorial guidelines. Collaboration with proofreaders and copy editors to review game content consistently and efficiently is also a key responsibility, along with creating process efficiencies and leveraging resources with other editors.
