About The Position

Ready to take the wheel and steer your career in the right direction? Marvin is looking for a Local (Yard) Driver/Warehouse Loader to join our team! In this role, you'll relocate and transport trailers on our facility property, as well as shuttle equipment to and from repair shops as needed. You'll also help loading dock associates with loading and unloading trucks. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful work environment. Highlights of your role Relocate, transport, and stage for loading and unloading to meet required receiving, production and shipping goals. Partner with receiving and shipping teams to maintain detailed yard checks. Complete Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports on tractor and trailer equipment to ensure road worthiness. Maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Marvin regulations, and ensure proper documentation of department data. Enjoy a comfortable schedule: Monday-Thursday; 6:00 am - 4:30 pm; occasional overtime as needed: Pay $27 per hour. Requirements

  • Valid Class A driver's license (CDL) and minimum one-year CDL driving experience required.
  • Ability to meet all DOT requirements.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 85 lbs.
  • Ability to acquire and retain forklift/industrial vehicle licenses required for this role
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both with a team and independently in a fast-paced position.
