About The Position

Job Summary: Transport empty pallets to instructed locations with care and professionalism. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Get daily work assignments from Transportation Team. Check – in with Supervisor after each assignment to confirm any daily changes Pick up and deliver pallets to customers daily within 150-mile radius. Required to unload and reload pallets, with a pallet Jack from the depot or customers. RF scanning of iGPS pallets. Fill out required paperwork and turn in daily (BOLs, fuel receipt, driver’s sheet, etc.) Confirm the Bill of Lading (BOL) is correct (shipper, consignee, quantity, etc.) Assist on warehouse floor as needed. Complete daily driver logs via telematics. Pre and Post trip truck daily inspections via telematics. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license required. Class B commercial driver’s License preferred but not required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a workhouse setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, and moving pallets. Must be able to lift 10 lbs., push and pull up to 13-25 lbs., lift, stand and carry consistently, have proper hearing, vision, and speech capabilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Class B commercial driver’s License preferred but not required.
