Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
  • 2 years of clinical research experience.
  • 2-3 years of prior project management experience in clinical operations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to integrated study management plans with the core project team and ensure consistent use of study tools and compliance with standard processes.
  • Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies for assigned activities, collaborating with project leaders and functional leads in problem-solving efforts.
  • Support milestone achievement by collaborating with other functional groups and managing study issues.
  • Assist the project leader in preparing and presenting project information to external stakeholders.
  • Identify quality risks and issues, responding to concerns raised by project sub-team members and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead project sub-team efforts, managing cross-collaboration to support milestone achievement.
  • Ensure financial success of the project by forecasting and identifying opportunities to accelerate activities.
  • Develop study-level vendor management plans, including deliverables, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact with customers for progress and governance of third-party vendors.
  • Manage vendor performance through KPIs and prepare status reports for internal stakeholders.
