About The Position

Soliant is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time, W2 contracted position in California for the 2024-2025 school year. The role involves working across two school sites, including an elementary school, and requires 7.5 hours of work per day. The ideal candidate will support the academic and emotional needs of students, with a preference for those with 2+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid California state certification or license (or the ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform psycho-educational assessments and evaluations
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address student needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and other school-based conferences
• Provide counseling and intervention services for students experiencing challenges
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide behavior support as needed
