Requirements

• Media experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented
• Meet deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Work cooperatively with managers, co-workers, and clients to deliver a high level of service
• Pull and provide detailed reports for management, as well as sales staff and clients
• Assist the Director of Sales and Multimedia Sales Managers in order entry and maintenance
• Capable of learning new software systems promptly and thoroughly
• Take pride in work, respond to instructions well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working independently if necessary
• CRM Experience is required
• Proficiency in all programs of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams), as well as video conferencing platforms such as Teams and Zoom
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
