Requirements
- 5+ Years media experience and knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic or similar Traffic system experience is a must.
- Ability to work independently, highly organized, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Television vocabulary and terminology is desired but not critical.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales and Multimedia Sales Managers in order entry and maintenance
- Coordinate the commercial copy process, which includes working with the creative and the sales team to receive traffic instructions, entering copy instructions into WideOrbit traffic.
- Assist as needed in project planning and preparation, development of sales proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate and keep programming updated for sales, traffic, and news. Communicate with Nielsen and ComScore.
- Pull and provide detailed reports for management.
- Capable of learning new software systems promptly and thoroughly.
