Beyond the operational tasks, the instructor is responsible for conducting new hire and recurrent training sessions, ensuring trainees are familiar with regulatory manuals, completing necessary training module sign-offs, and providing on-the-spot retraining to agents as needed. The instructor also supports general ramp operations when not actively engaged in training activities.
