About The Position

Town & Country Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Spencer & Fostoria, Iowa. No CDL? No problem! Requirements

Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills
Commitment to safety and customer service

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
