The Common Market, a mission-driven distributor of local foods to communities in the Mid-Atlantic, Texas, Southeast, and Great Lakes, is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support Associate II. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued partners and clients. Our commitment is to strengthen regional farms while making local products accessible to communities and the institutions that serve them. As a Customer Support Associate II, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our buyer partners and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive product information. Your contributions will help us maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty across diverse regions. This is a FULLY REMOTE position with hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time. Ideal candidates will ideally reside near one of our hubs, located in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, or Chicago, as you will interact with customers spread across multiple time zones.
