About The Position
Gordonsville, VA | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Home Daily | Local Driving Position Location: Gordonsville, VA 22942 Job Highlights: $2500 Sign Up Bonus Home Daily $2,500 Sign-On Bonus $125 paid for 1 day on-site training Must have personal transportation to/from DC daily Position Details: Freight: Dry & refrigerated grocery loads, 100% no-touch, live unload Service Area: VA, NC, MD, PA, WV Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (no weekend-off schedules); start times from noon–midnight Miles: ~1600–1700 per week (2 routes per day, 11–14 hr shifts) Slip-seat operation in newer day cabs Pay & Benefits: Average Pay: ~$1300/week after 90 days Top Pay: $1500+/week Stop Pay: $20/stop Minimum Mileage Pay for short runs Vacation: 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years 3 weeks after 7 years 4 weeks after 10 years Support: 24/7 operations and shop assistance Part-Time Option: Work 11–29 hours/week Choose shifts Friday–Sunday nights Note: Part-time drivers are not eligible for vacation pay
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to/from DC daily
- Must be available for afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent safety and customer service skills
