  • Ensure all crews and vehicles are operating safely and legally, within DOT regulations.
  • Audit all crew paperwork for completeness and submit to billing.
  • Prepare crew paperwork for the next day.
  • Enter crew payroll times into the system and assist Operations and Crew with tasks as needed.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Above average multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, friendly, positive, with a helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize in-house software.
  • 2+ years experience with Service Dispatch, Moving, or Logistics.
  • Experience in crew scheduling (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in a moving company (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in service dispatching (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in crew management (1 year preferred).
