About The Position

Our Auto Value Ann Arbor store in MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position. Dispatching is a fast past position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries. This is an in-store sales/customer service and stocking position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience and or knowledge is encouraged in an applicant. Job Responsibilities: • Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Driver • Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations, to get them out on schedule • Provide Driver support • Resolution of Customer concerns and issues • Provide information with documentation for invoicing • Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally. • Responsible for that vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed. • Cover the Store Counter position when needed • Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts Skills and Knowledge Required: • Strong Computer Skills • Highly effective Communication through multiple avenues • Handle high-stress situations in a professional manner with a Customer Service Attitude • The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently • Understand how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment • Strong individual work ethic and team player mentality. Requirements

Previous experience in the automotive field
Valid Driver’s License
No major violations
No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
No more than one at-fault accident
Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
Pass Physical & Drug Screen
Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
Strong Computer Skills
Highly effective Communication through multiple avenues
Handle high-stress situations in a professional manner with a Customer Service Attitude
The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently
Understand how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment
