This position is accountable for spot sales, delivery and merchandising of all products on an assigned route. The DR-lII's primary duties include adherence to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns. The DR-III will conduct a daily Pre-Trip Inspection of his assigned vehicle and will ensure all required tools and equipment are available on the truck. He will maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the company; he will possess a current valid Class-A CDL and personal automobile insurance; and he will adhere to all DOT regulations (including regulations regarding driver time of service). The DR-III will follow the approved Delivery Structure and Processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities. The DR-III will maintain product freshness and will move product as necessary. The DR-III will remain conscious of the Company's image and will ensure a high level of neatness and cleanliness in each store's displays and coolers. The DR-III will participate in "work with" and "ride with" days with the Delivery Manager to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field. Note: Duties of all positions may be adjusted as needed to meet business objectives.
