Requirements

High School diploma or GED or two to four years related experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact positively and effectively with various types of people.
Must pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks and time to ensure completion of all daily projects.
Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Valid class A CDL driver's license and driving records that meets with company guidelines.
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate using the English Language. Must be able to communicate information and respond to questions (verbally and in written form) effectively with customers, company personnel, and suppliers.
Ability to apply common sense understanding, interpret and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. The ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively while dealing with a variety of requests throughout the day as well as the ability to recognize and solve customer problems that are related to the delivery and pick up of product.

Responsibilities

Obtains daily work assignments from the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure compliance of N.K.S. Product Freshness and Quality Control Standards.
Maintains delivery paperwork in a neat and orderly fashion.
Responsible for pickup and delivery of product to/from customer locations.
Must place product where required by customer.
Works under general supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Maintains communication with warehouse and operation manager(s) as well as internal communication with sales team on a daily basis.
Expected to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
Performs all additional duties, as assigned.
Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner. Load and unload delivery trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse on the trucks.
