The position demands physical strength, as it involves lifting and loading cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly, as well as pushing and pulling loads of 40-150 pounds occasionally. The driver must also perform tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending while merchandising products in stores. Unloading pallets from the delivery vehicle using an electronic pallet jack or hand truck is also part of the job.
