About The Position

As a Local Connection Consultant, you will assist Kinetic customers with inquiries about the Kinetic suite of products and services. You will engage the customer through phone, email, social media or face-to-face, always promoting and representing the Kinetic brand with the utmost professionalism. This is a hybrid position that allows you the flexibility to work from home in the Ashland, KY, area, while also having to attend events and go into the office as directed by your leader. We require employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workspace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher. Work Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 8 pm EST. This position follows a Union bidding process.
