Local Class B Driver Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Local Class B CDL Driver for our Somerville, MA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This highly motivated & safety-first individual will be responsible for operating Class B commercial vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate digital logs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including but not limited to 24’ box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations. Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed. Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills. The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste. This role is considered safety-sensitive
