About The Position

Palmer-Donavin is hiring Local Class A CDL Drivers in Bluffton, IN for drivers who want steady work, solid pay, and to be home every night. This is a weekday-only, local driving position with consistent routes, paid overtime, and long-term stability at an employee-owned company. Safety matters here. We use electronic logs, maintain a Satisfactory FMCSA Safety Rating, have low inspection risk, and CSA scores below thresholds. Our goal is simple: get you home safely every day. You’ll be driving automatic day cabs on a full maintenance lease.
What You Can Earn
$1,250–$1,400+ per week, depending on overtime

What the Job Looks Like
Run local routes with a Class A tractor-trailer
Strap and unstrap loads; operate rag side trailers
Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
Maintain E-logs and delivery paperwork
Follow DOT and company safety standards
Interact professionally with customers at delivery sites

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Clean MVR, PSP, and FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check
• Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain before hire)
