About The Position

BLACKHAWK TRANSPORT, a leader in dedicated transportation, is hiring for a local account where drivers can sleep in their own beds. Company drivers are welcome to apply, with an earning potential of $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The position offers paid by the load, opportunities for bonuses including safety, referral, and inspection bonuses. The schedule requires home daily, starting on night shift with 10 to 12 hour days. Additional pay is provided for working a 6th day. 24/7 maintenance support is available, and remote orientation is offered.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL A driver's license.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Minimum of 12 months experience driving a tractor-trailer with pneumatic and end dump.
• Good safety record, including PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program).
• Must meet or exceed all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a good safety record and comply with safety standards.
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs as required.
