Local Class A CDL Delivery Driver
About The Position
Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, Tito’s, VMC and many more! · Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday · Shifts: Start times as early as 3am – 5am · Home Daily (local routes only) · Compensation: $25.00 per hour during training and then component pay between $90,000 - $100,000 annually once training is successfully completed Additional Perks · Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement (paid training, tuition reimbursement) · Employee Appreciation: Events throughout the year, featuring prizes, gear, and plenty of fun. Position responsibilities: The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
