About The Position

Drive your career forward with Duncan Family Farms®! We’re looking for a Local CDL Driver to join our Harvest Department. In this role, you’ll haul freshly harvested produce from the fields to our cooling facilities — ensuring our products reach customers in top condition.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with 3–5 years of commercial driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT rules & equipment hauling.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical requirements (lifting up to 70 lbs, entering/exiting cabs, securing loads, etc.).
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Haul harvested loads from fields to cooling facilities.
• Safely operate and maintain Class A vehicles.
• Complete pre-trip checks and follow DOT regulations.
• Secure and deliver loads efficiently and on time.
• Load/unload pallets and packages as needed.
• Keep accurate trip logs and delivery paperwork.
• Partner with our shop team for truck maintenance.
