About The Position
Local CDL Driver – St. Paul, MN Operating Area: Drivers run within a 150-mile radius of St. Paul, MN. $5000 SIGN UP BONUS Pay & Miles Pay $73,000 to $85,000 yearly Average Miles: 1,175 per week Safety Bonus: Up to $1,000 per year Schedule Days: Tuesday – Saturday Start Time: 4:00 PM Hours: About 50 hours per week (5 days, ~10 hours/day) Extra days may be available for drivers who want additional work. Freight Details Intermodal containers on chassis ( 100% container freight ) 50% drop & hook / 50% live loads About 5% refrigerated freight Some loads may contain alcohol or pork Equipment Day cabs (average fleet age: 2.5 years) Mostly automatic Freightliners with safety technology Slip seating may be required Trucks must remain smoke-free Benefits & Extra Pay Exception pay for detention, breakdowns, rail delays, empty moves, and more Holiday Pay after 90 days (6 major holidays) PTO starts on Day 1 PTO Accrual New hires: 12 days per year 1+ year: 16 days 6+ years: 21 days 14+ years: 24 days 19+ years: 26 days Additional Info Uniforms provided Hazmat endorsement optional (cost reimbursed) Drivers park tractor and personal vehicle at the terminal
