About The Position

Now Hiring: Local CDL Drivers (No-Touch Freight) Job Overview Henderson North Carolina Home Daily Home Daily (Very rare overnight hotel stays if needed) Freight : 100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight Area : SC, NC, TN, and VA — all within 300 miles of Walmart Henderson, NC Miles : Average 1,250 miles per week Schedule : Night shifts (Start between 10 PM – 2 AM) Rotating schedule : Work 6 days → 34-hour restart Then work 5 days → 2 days off Heavy freight days : Wednesday through Saturday

Requirements

Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center
Must prioritize safety every day
Must commit to working full schedule — includes nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Must make sure customers acknowledge your arrival at delivery locations
May run 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip
May occasionally take a 10-hour break on the road

Benefits

Average Weekly Pay : $1,200+
Annual Potential : Up to $70,000
Pay per Trip : Mileage Pay or Lane Minimum Pay — whichever is greater
Stop Pay : $20 per stop
Vacation Time : 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 3 years 3 weeks after 7 years
