About The Position
Local CDL-A Driver | Dedicated Run | Home Daily - Moneta, VA Pay & Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,400-$1,500 Sign-on bonus: $2,500 Mileage pay based on verified experience: 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM 61+ months: $0.58 CPM Unload pay: $55 per full unload Stop pay: $20 per stop (including first stop) W2 Full benefits package available Home Time & Schedule Home daily Primarily overnight driving Slip-seat operation Job Details Average 3 loads per week Approximately 1,500 – 1,800 miles per week Dry van and refrigerated freight Touch freight — drivers unload at stores using electric pallet jacks (after training) Routes run throughout Virginia and West Virginia About The Company J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for time-critical loads across the continental U.S. We value our drivers and are committed to consistence freight, reliable home time, and a respectful work environment. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must reside in Roanoke or the surrounding area
- Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Driving dry van and refrigerated freight
- Unloading at stores using electric pallet jacks (after training)
- Routes run throughout Virginia and West Virginia
