Local CDL A Driver Night Shift
About The Position
Central Transport is one of the nation's most trusted and technologically advanced Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers, with an ever-growing network of terminals nationwide. The company is expanding and is currently seeking home daily overnight linehaul drivers. As a linehaul driver, you would leave from Hagerstown, MD, drive to another Central Transport facility, and then return to your home terminal. These Home-Daily Line Haul Drivers are considered the backbone of the operation, responsible for delivering reliable, on-time service every day, which enables the company to exceed customer expectations, strengthen existing partnerships, and win new business.
Requirements
- 6 Months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- HazMat and Tanker endorsement or the willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime)
- Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test
Responsibilities
- Leave from Hagerstown, MD, drive to another Central Transport facility, and then return to your home terminal
- Deliver reliable, on-time service every day
