Schedule: Tues-Sat, 11:00am start time Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day Pay : $0.68/ cents per mile + $25/stop pay Cents per mile increases every 12 months Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses

Requirements

A Valid Class A CDL Drivers License Required.
A Minimum of 24 months of experience working in a full-time Class A Tractor/Trailer driving position in the previous 3 years.
No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three years (3) years.
No serious traffic violations or convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
Knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
Ability to satisfy FMCSA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical.
High level of reliability and commitment to the role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate interactions professionally.
Must be able to read and speak the English Language sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries to drivers.
Must meet minimum age and insurability requirements (21 years of age or older) in accordance with company insurance policies and/or federal regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
Load and arrange freight for efficient delivery order
Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition
