About The Position

About the role The Austin Small Business Chapter is launching a monthly AI readiness workshop series for established local business owners. We are looking for a part-time facilitator to host and run these sessions in the Austin area. This is a hands-off facilitation role. The curriculum, materials, and session structure are fully provided. Your job is to run the room, guide the conversation, and create an environment where local business owners can engage with the content and each other. What you will do Host one 90-minute workshop per month for a small group of local B2B business owners (8–15 attendees) Invite local business owners in your network using provided outreach templates and a pre-researched local contact list Facilitate the session using a step-by-step guide — no original content creation required Coordinate with local organizations such as SBA offices, chambers of commerce, and libraries to co-promote sessions Report attendance and session outcomes through a simple monthly tracking process Compensation Typical monthly earnings: $2,500 –$5,500 Based on an average of 2–10 enrollments per session at $250 per enrollment. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on session attendance and participant enrollment decisions.
