About The Position
The Local Area Manager is responsible for supervising teaching and support staff across designated locations, providing coaching and mentoring to family services, administrative, and classroom staff. This role ensures that program quality meets state laws, licensing regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, and OVEC policies, while also supporting the overall mission of the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative.
