About The Position

The Field Admissions Representative at Universal Technical Institute is responsible for recruiting passionate and motivated students by building relationships with local high schools and communities. This role involves public speaking, conducting informative interviews, and representing the institute at various events. The position offers flexibility in managing one's schedule and requires travel within a designated territory in Southern Orange County, CA.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience with public speaking preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and sales skills required.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

• Industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to analyze and report data.

Responsibilities

• Develops new relationships and strengthens existing partnerships with dealerships, designated industry partners, high schools, and local communities.
• Conducts in-person presentations at high schools and represents UTI at offsite events.
• Conducts informative and professional in-home interviews utilizing technical knowledge and skills.
• Maintains a CRM database for thorough follow-up with potential students.
• Presents to educators in high schools to encourage student enrollment at Universal Technical Institute.
• Maintains knowledge of UTI programs and financing options to answer prospective student questions.
• Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts.
• Adheres to compliance criteria and procedures established by regulatory bodies and UTI.
