About The Position

The Local Area Field Admissions Rep plays a crucial role in connecting prospective students with educational opportunities, focusing on building awareness, engagement, and enrollment within a designated territory. This position combines relationship-building, outreach, and public speaking to promote programs to high schools, industry partners, and local communities. You will travel within your assigned area, conduct in-person presentations and interviews, and follow up with prospective students to guide them through the admissions process. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of outside sales, recruitment, or outreach experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with public speaking and presentation experience.
  • Ability to engage with diverse populations and build effective relationships independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to analyze and report data.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Customer-focused, extroverted, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, industry partners, and local communities to support student recruitment.
  • Conduct in-person presentations, interviews, and informational sessions for prospective students and educators.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to ensure thorough follow-up with prospective students.
  • Present program offerings, financing options, and institutional benefits to prospective students and their families.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment activities.
  • Represent the institution at offsite events, community programs, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines throughout the admissions process.
