The Local Activations & Partnerships Manager (LAP) is responsible for driving community engagement, developing high-impact partnerships, and executing local activations that increase attendance, brand visibility, and earned revenue for the Museum of Ice Cream. This role blends relationship-building, event execution, local marketing, and operational coordination with GMs, HQ Marketing, and HQ Ops. You’ll be the local face of MOIC—building relationships with schools, community organizations, small businesses, influencers, and neighborhood partners to bring MOIC into the community and bring the community into MOIC.
