About The Position

The Lobby/Patient Transport Supervisor position is responsible for developing and implementing patient transport solutions. Patient Transport Supervisors offer a wide variety of transport solutions to meet customer and client needs. To be considered for this position you MUST upload a copy of your resume.

Requirements

• Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred
• Requires at least three years' experience and up to two years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience
• Problem resolution
• Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager
• Proficient using the computer - office skills

Responsibilities

• Transport patients in a high-volume department.
• Work with Supervisor to help problem solve and mitigate issues.
• Daily interaction with the clients at the hospital to ensure timely and efficient services.
• Daily interaction with staff to ensure patient safety.
• Customer service experience
• Problem resolution
• Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred
• Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager
• Proficient using the computer - office skills
