About The Position
As a Bartender at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, you will be responsible for providing guests with a five-star dining experience, showcasing your knowledge and service of food, wine, and spirits. Your role will include assisting guests from start to finish, ensuring a flawless dining experience with exceptional food and service. You will prepare and expedite cocktails and spirits selections, assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas, and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
