About The Position

The position involves maintaining the cleanliness and quality standards of hotel public areas and guest rooms. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays. The individual will handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
• Clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
