About The Position
We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant at Concord Hospitality, where we pride ourselves on our great company culture that values and respects every employee. The Lobby Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the lobby and public space areas in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures, ensuring a safe and accident-free environment. The Lobby Attendant's duties include a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the lobby and public areas are welcoming and well-maintained. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk and assist in resolving guest complaints related to maintenance. Additionally, the Lobby Attendant will accommodate guest special requests and answer questions regarding hotel facilities and local area services.
