About The Position
You are friendly, attentive, and take pride in keeping public areas clean, organized, and welcoming. You understand that guests form impressions the moment they walk into the hotel. If you enjoy making spaces shine and supporting a great guest experience, keep reading. The Role As a Lobby Attendant, you maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas. You help ensure guests feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed by keeping high traffic areas spotless and well stocked.
Requirements
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Friendly and helpful with guests and teammates
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and remove trash as needed
- Restock supplies in public restrooms and service areas
- Assist guests with questions or requests when needed
- Monitor cleanliness throughout your shift and address issues promptly
- Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions
- Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks when required
