Requirements

  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
  • Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the hotel lobby.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area, including furniture, floors, and fixtures.
  • Ensure that all public restrooms are clean, stocked, and properly maintained.
  • Monitor the lobby for any potential hazards, spills, or trash and address them immediately.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Restock and organize brochures, magazines, and other materials in the lobby area.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure that the lobby area is well-lit and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Handle any lost and found items and report them according to hotel policies.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed, such as delivering extra linens or toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Follow all hotel safety and security procedures while ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
