We’re Looking for a Lobby Attendant
Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, this role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of lobby spaces including restrooms, and other guest-accessible areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shifts.
• Must be able to be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
• Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors in the Lobby
• Dusting furniture and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and countertops
• Emptying trash cans and replacing liners regularly
• Cleaning glass surfaces like windows and doors
• Spot cleaning spills and stains
• Maintaining cleanliness of elevators and stairwells
• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage found in public areas
• Checking for safety hazards and reporting them immediately
• Following established cleaning schedules and procedures
