We’re the heartbeat of the guest experience, and we never miss a beat. The Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and polished first impression for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas while delivering courteous and proactive guest service. The ideal candidate takes pride in attention to detail, works efficiently, and understands the importance of maintaining luxury-level presentation standards. We are seeking a team member who: Demonstrates a strong eye for detail and cleanliness Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision Maintains a professional and friendly demeanor Responds promptly and courteously to guest requests Thrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25–35 pounds occasionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, public restrooms, corridors, and other public areas.
  • Ensure furniture, fixtures, décor, and floors are consistently spotless and properly arranged.
  • Monitor and replenish public area supplies as needed
  • Assist guests with basic requests and communicate service needs to appropriate departments
  • Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
  • Support the Housekeeping and Front Office teams as needed
  • Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
