About The Position

Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest
Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a
wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snow
Clean pool area and restrooms
Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
Empty the trash from all offices, including the Sales, Executive and Front
offices.
Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays,
furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and
windows
Greet guests in a courteous fashion

Requirements

• High work ethic and self-initiative
• Regular attendance according to established guidelines
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions
