Overview Opportunity: Lobby Ambassador Greet and welcome arriving guests as they enter the hotel and assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage handling. Potential Career Path Guest Experience Manager - Front Desk Supervisor – Front Office Manager Position Requirements Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage. Inform guests of all safety features and promote hotel outlets. Introduce guest programs to guests upon arrival and recognize members and maintain accurate logs. Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, in addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. Required to fully comply with brand rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the hotel’s facilities. Deliver packages and faxes to guests. Decorate the lobby for large arrivals and departures. Maintain cleanliness behind the bell stand, in the check-in/check-out area, and in the baggage room. Clean the brass bell carts. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program. Perform other duties as requested by management.
