What We’re Looking For: A warm, welcoming, and highly observant Lobby Ambassador who will be the face of the hotel’s guest experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests entering the property, setting the tone for their stay with genuine hospitality and personalized service. In this role, you’ll create memorable moments through thoughtful interactions, anticipate guest needs, and provide seamless support across the lobby and public areas. You’ll work closely with Guest Services, Concierge, and Front Office to ensure every guest feels seen, heard, and cared for.
