About The Position
Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Lobby Attendant to join our team at our luxury association, The Pacific, located in San Francisco. The Lobby Attendant will represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction. This role involves maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators, monitoring lobby activity, providing concierge services, and addressing resident and guest concerns.
